Some of what we wanted wasn’t available. The food we ordered was cold and I don’t mean warm I actually mean cold and no straws…. That’s me done with maccys, 6 times on the trot it’s been awful

Best MD’s I have ever visited ! So clean and food was actually edible and warmed through. Usually go to Cannock branch and food is ALWAYS stone cold and just slopped and thrown around in the boxes. So well done ! This place is a delight to visit.

Health and Safety Concern Serious concern about the unacceptable condition I encountered during my recent visit to your McDonald’s location in Milton. Upon entering the restaurant, I was shocked to discover human feces on the floor in a public area, creating an extremely unsanitary and unsafe environment for both customers and staff. This situation is not only deeply unhygienic but also raises serious concerns about food hygiene and overall cleanliness, which are fundamental expectations for any reputable restaurant. The presence of human waste in such a high-traffic area poses a significant health and safety risk, as it could lead to contamination and the spread of harmful bacteria. It is deeply concerning that such an incident occurred in a place where food is served to the public. What exacerbated the situation was the lengthy delay in rectifying the issue. Despite the obvious problem, it took an unreasonably long time for staff to address and clean the area, which only heightened my concerns regarding the restaurant’s commitment to maintaining proper hygiene standards. As a result of this distressing experience, I have felt compelled to report this incident to the Food Standards Agency and South Oxfordshire District Council, as I believe it is critical for these authorities to investigate the conditions at this location and ensure the restaurant adheres to proper hygiene and health standards. I wanted to write a review because I noticed someone called Ria working really hard to make everyone feel welcome. She was exceptionally polite to everyone, whilst cleaning the place like a machine. I hope she gets recognition for her hardwork because she's the only reason for the 5 *.

Stopped to use the ev chargers. McD’s good. Eat in as charging an EV. Where the chargers are? Im driving a long wheelbase Transit van. Cant park in the space as an Enterprise rental is blocking it, and the van will obstruct the exit road anyway! REALLY need to think where chargers are placed, and who is likely to be using them!

Stood at the counter today a quiet Sunday wanting sugar for my coffee as none was given . Staff saw me but ignored me. Asked to eat in. But worker put my food from a tray into a bag. Service not good . Used to come here before the refurb and service was a lot better .

Once again not being bothered to look at the order correctly it's not rocket science a double cheeseburger comes with 2 burgers not 1!?!?!, oh I'm so sorry this sometime happens il sort it for you? Um I'm sorry but this shouldn't happen. This is why the young girl died from costa not being bothered to read the order and it cost a young girl her life, when are you gonna employ people that what to be in this career not just as a job

I'm happy to see the staff know how to stick to a script. Placed an order via Uber Eats and due to one issue or another, it took them an hour to get someone to make the delivery - Uber Eats fault yes. But the staff made an order and let it sit there for over an hour and they handed it over for delivery, not much diligence or care for customers! I agree it's not mcdonalds fault entirely but they have a clear disregard for customer service and diligence for knowingly sending out cold food.

Came in to the restaurant and was served by a young man called Sam, absolutely fantastic service from him and McDonald’s should push him through the management programme . What an asset to this business he is … Thanks Sam , I will return 👍

Strange thing to say but the milkshake wasn't cold! Also why is it that when I order large 🍟 I feel like I get a larger box but not more food.
